So my commitment to work the main site WOD lasted exactly zero days. I was surfing through old workouts last night and found "Jackie", which I haven't done as Rx'd since I first started CrossFitting. And the last time I ran through it, I gave myself a bloody nose on thruster #2 of 50, so my time was all jacked up. (Yes, I finished.) Decided to give it another shot today, minus a few pull-ups.
Buy in:- 3:00 handstand holds (0:45, 0:50, 1:00, 0:25)
- 1:00 L-sits on parallettes (0:25, 0:15, 0:20)
Handstands haven't suffered much, which is good. L-sits sucked - either my core isn't up to speed yet or they were just harder after the handstands.

15:27Feeling better today than yesterday, but still nowhere near up to speed. My cardio capacity kept me from rocking this one, if you can believe that. The thrusters tuckered me out, even at such a low weight. I'm cool with it, though... I'm not going to push it too hard, I'd rather take a 1/2 intensity week than make myself sick again.
Pull-ups are supposed to be 30, but I can't kip at Gold's and 30 dead hangs would have taken forEVER.

a good judge of core strength is the ability to hold plank position for 2:00. Sweet flying Jesus, I am nowhere near being able to do that. I thought my core was strong - but two whole MINUTES of that particular brand of hell? Guess that's just another thing to work up to, I'll add it to the List (#84).
Can you hold perfect plank position for 2:00? If you can, post to comments. And then fuck off.

Never tried the 2 min plank, but I smashed Jackie last Saturday I'll tell you that !
Just popped in to check out the healthy fuck off scale, but I thought I'd tell you that I did a 3 minute ring plank this morning. Guess that puts me squarely in the fuck-off-please department.
