I'm hoping to refine my technique and pick up some new coaching tips. I've been training lots of people for free this past year, but once I get the piece of paper I'll feel more comfortable setting up real one-on-one and group coaching sessions. For money. Lululemons aren't cheap. Neither are Grey Goose dirty martinis.
Here's a picture from the GSX kettlebell clinic I coached back in May. I took eight of Tucker's clients through the basics of swings and cleans first... then we moved onto some fun stuff that they wouldn't have learned in an "intro" class. We worked windmills and renegade rows and all their variations - both awesome core exercises. That session made me realize how much I like training people. Who knows - with only one or two licensed RKCs in NH (and NONE in the bigger cities), maybe I'll singlehandedly bring kettlebells to the Granite State.
