Watch out for that school bus

I'm pretty good at doing DUs with a single jump in between - I can do about 20 that way. But that's inefficient as hell, so I'm committed to working consecutive DUs from now on. Today I hit a bunch of 3's, even more 4's, a 6 and finally a 7. I just need to get my timing down better. Consecutives are nowhere near as tiring as the double-single-doubles I was doing. Duh.

So that's close to where I was before I got sick... I did a 5x3 at 60# a few weeks back.

I *hate* this one. It's three things I'm spectacularly bad at, all in a row (which makes them all more difficult). The ring dips were the worst, broken into sets of 2-3 after the first round. PP were unbroken for the first set, then went in sets of 3's. They were taxing after the 3x3 workout. Push-ups, bleh.

I'm going to be throwing this one into the mix again soon. Even though I'd rather be run down by a school bus full of rabid wolverines.
